Newsletter consent

Newsletter subscriptions record your email address, consent time, consent source, and the consent text shown at signup. You can withdraw consent through an unsubscribe link once email delivery is enabled, or by contacting the organizers.

Retention and deletion

We keep operational records only as long as needed for event administration, legal or security review, and community follow-up. To request deletion or correction of your data, contact us through the contact page. Administrators can unsubscribe or delete newsletter records as part of handling these requests.

We do not use third-party analytics cookies. Final data-controller details, retention periods, and legal wording must be reviewed before public launch.
